If you look for the helpers, you will know there is hope (Mister Rogers, 1983). This is easy to understand, and children know exactly what this means. No one needs to explain it to them. Children intuitively know to look for the helpers. Whether it is anowie, a skinned knee, or heart hurts, the helpers will do everything they can to make it better. So, always look forthe helpers.
